A one man orchestra - his left hand representing reeds and strings, the right hand a Sousa-influenced brass band. Enjoy the Stride piano of Fats Waller, the New Orleans styles of Jelly Roll Morton, the ragtime of Scott Joplin and Eubie Blake, plus stomps, boogie-woogie, and swing.

Sugar Daddys, Jazz Band
Dixieland, Novelty, Traditional Jazz, Classical Jazz - all have been used to describe the exuberant and soulful sound that originated in New Orleans around the beginning of the 20th century. The Sugar Daddys present the historic genre which so effectively blended Novelty, Ragtime, Blues, Spirituals, Marches, Latin, Pop, and Concert band music of that era into a creative new voice for the soul.

West High School, 425 East Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo. IA.

A natural clown, Jamie Adkins brings his many talents to a new one-man show. In his new creation, Jamie catches grapes on a fork, balances sheets of paper on his nose, pops ping pong balls, walks on ropes, and juggles just about everything around him. On this new show, his clowning and acrobatic feats are brought to life in a story of a man who has something to say, but can't quite get it out!
