2008-2009 Concert Series

The ticket booth is located in the spacious lobby where performers frequently greet guests at intermission and after the show.  To the left is the main entrance door to the auditorium's "house". To the right of the ticket booth are coat racks.

A view from the back of "the house" shows the acoustical clouds which are responsible for the near-perfect acoustics. A 38' x 56' stage with large wing areas and an orchestra pit, full stage rigging, superior sound and lighting system.

Seating is comfortable and spacious.  

There are 1247 seats in the facility.  The front 639 are arranged continental style and the remaining 608 in a conventional theatre manner.

The auditorium's seven foot Steinway grand piano is on a moveable orchestra pit that can be lowered out of sight, or raised to stage level.  Note how the curved line of the seats repeats the orchestra pit shape.

Make-up room with mirrors and lights adjoin the two dressing rooms which are equipped with sinks, showers and restroom facilities.

The sound mixer and lighting consoles are located in the control booth at the rear of the auditorium.
